Endyn stepper pulley

I installed an Endyn stepped alternator pulley on my '94 4 door GSR and have been driving it and tuning the fuel just a bit. So far it seems as if it's working out pretty well, but the tuning's a bit rough; there's room for improvement. No belt slippage at all, probably due to a very tough, apparently high friction coating on the Endyn pulley plus the larger belt contact area. I'm seeing a hair over 10psi max at 7K RPM (haven't rev'd over that yet). J&S takes out up to 3 degrees of timing in the midrange occasionally. Check this out:

4psi at 1500RPM, 5psi at 2000RPM, 6psi at 2500RPM, 8psi at 3000RPM... It's verry torquy (is that a word?).

The setup:

- 320 cc injectors
- Stock intake and exhaust
- Cartech 20005 regulator set at 40psi at zero vaccuum
- Maximum fuel pressure around 75psi at 10psi of boost
- B&M CommandFlo set at 35psi at zero vaccuum
- 9 degrees initial timing (yuck, need a BTM).

So far the plugs look good; no peppering, no silver or grey deposits etc.

Stepper pulley measures 7.2cm & 8.2cm in diameter.

But that's not an official measurement, just done with a ruler.

There's no lip on these things, so that's where the actual peak of the splines began.

It's on the car already so it's kind of hard to get a good measurement, but I get similar numbers: It looks like about 2 & 27/32" to the crank and 3 & 7/32" to the blower.

Great! Thanks guys. I've been thinking about making one of those, but I had no idea of what size the inner pulley should be (and too lazy to do the math ) Now, it's just a matter of time and a nice chunk of aluminum. Thanks again for the info!
